Das Ergebnis einer kontinuierlichen Forschung im Weinberg und im Keller wird aus 100% Montepulciano Trauben hergestellt, die von Hand von einem einzigen Weinberg mit hoher Dichte geerntet werden. Kraftvoll und elegant, offenbart er große Ausdruckskraft und außergewöhnliche Alterungsfähigkeit, mit vollen und explosiven Aromen, die sich im Laufe der Jahre erstaunlich entwickeln. Er ist die ideale Wahl zu Hauptgerichten mit Fleisch und Wild oder gereiften Käsesorten und am Ende einer Mahlzeit mit einem Dessert aus dunkler Schokolade sorgt er für eine Überraschung.
